The First UP Trip

The first important lesson - only Metallica drowns out a screaming baby on the Seney Stretch, where there is NO PLACE to pull over!

Now onto the UP fun...

Meeting Great-Grandma Wetelainen for the first time:


And then back to Grandma and Grandpa Wickstrom's for a Juhannus celebration (Juhannus is the Midsummer celebration in Finland). Great-Uncle Mick and Great-Aunt Sue were there, and so was Great-Uncle Dave, and cousin Kimmo and his sons Mikko and Antti - all the way from Finland!

He's like a cat in a paper bag. He can get the bib up over his head, but can't figure out how to get it down off his face!

James loves having bath-time! Mostly he likes rolling around on the floor in his towel, though!

Two months old

James is two months old now! He had his two month well baby check on his two month birthday. He's 10 lbs 11 oz, and 22.75" long. That's between the 25th and 50th percentile for weight, and 50th percentile for height. So pretty much smack in the middle of the pack! Here are some photos of him mugging for the camera:
